Each of us was created by God in His image and likeness. This similarity exists primarily in each person’s soul, although we can say that each body, too, is in a lesser way created in His image and likeness because of the beautiful harmony of its various parts. In a particular way, however, the image and likeness of God is seen in the human soul, which like Him, is a spirit, immortal and exceedingly beautiful, although invisible to our eyes. Our soul is what makes us different from God’s other creatures. God, Who is in Heaven, loves us and wants us to be with Him. Our soul longs to be with God. It is the only thing that will ever truly satisfy us. John 14:6 says, “Jesus said to him: I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No man comes to the Father, but by Me.” You have the free will to know, love and serve God in this life. Regardless of your decision to do so, immediately after your death, you will find yourself in front of our Lord Jesus Christ, Who purchased your salvation by suffering and dying for you on the cross. He will judge you and pronounce a sentence of eternal bliss with Him in Heaven, or the most unimaginable, eternal pain and suffering in Hell. He gave you everything you needed for this moment. He gave you His Grace, His Church, His Sacraments and His Mother… the Blessed Virgin Mary. She is His Mother…the Mother of God… our most Holy Intercessor, Protector and Mediator... for Whom our Lord will not refuse any request. She leads our way to the Way. You will not want to say to Him, at this most critical meeting, that She was never that important to you, or that it never seemed necessary to have built a relationship with Her. For the remainder of your life, this book will either radically change, or firmly support how you perceive Her… and how you avail Her… to aid in your salvation.
